Refunds and Returns

We have a non-return policy, due to all products being made to order.

Please ensure you have selected the correct size, please see our measuring guide to ensure the perfect fit. You can contact us directly if you need any additional help prior to order.

Items that are eligible for a return – outdoor bars, storage ottomans (not personalised) and bath boards. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales.uniquedesignbyliam@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt

Exchanges

We don’t accept exchanges on made-to-order items unless the insurance extra has been selected.

We offer insurance for peace of mind, at checkout please select the ‘extra insurance’ tab the total for this is £50.00.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 – 5 working days.
